What happens when Bark University is closed?

The Bark University kennel is running 365 days a year. During major holidays such as Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, or New Year's day our main office may be closed but the kennel staff remains working dilligently to take great care of your pups!

Where do my dogs stay during nap times or overnight?

All dogs are assigned a designated kennel area based on their size, temperment, and needs! This designated area is where they will sleep and eat while they are with us!

Why do you guys require an evaluation prior to reservations?

Bark University staff love getting to know your dogs. An evaluation gives us a good amount of information about your dog regarding their play style, specific needs, and kennel behavior. The evaluation also allows your dog to spend some time with us to gain trust and get a taste of what to expect if they ever stay for an extended period of time. Lastly, a temporary appointment with us, like an evaluation, gives your dog piece of mind knowing that you will be waiting for them at pick up time.

Can my dog receive training while they are in Daycare or Boarding?

All training sessions are scheduled through our head trainer, not our main office. If you would like to inquire about those services, please contact us and we will pass your information to the trainer who will reach out to you personally! Pricing varies.
